事前登録について

来場事前登録の流れ：
(1) 必要事項入力 → (2)「登録内容の確認」ボタンをクリック →(3) 内容を確認の上、「登録」ボタンをクリック→(4) ご登録完了
ご登録が完了しますと、ご入力頂いたメールアドレスにワイヤレス・テクノロジー・パーク運営事務局より自動返信にて確認メールが届きます。ご来場の際は、そちらのメールをプリントアウトの上、会場受付へお持ちください。来場者バッジとお引換え致します。
※万が一、登録完了メールが届かない等のトラブルがございましたら、お手数ですが展示会運営事務局（TEL:03-5981-9913）までご連絡ください。
複数名でのご来場の場合でも、お一人様ずつのご登録が必要となります。

ご登録の際に個人情報をお聞きしますが、ご本人の承諾がない限り第三者に開示することは致しません。（但し、主催機関には開示する場合がございます。）
ご登録いただいた方には、DMやEメールなどの手段により、主催機関・運営事務局が開催する展示会・セミナー等のご案内をさせていただくことがございます。
本展では、ご来場者をバーコードで管理するシステムを導入しております。
入場証のバーコードを読み込みさせることは、個人情報の提供に承諾したことになります。出展社展示ブース、セミナー会場等にて、お客様のバーコード情報を読み取らせて頂いた後、出展社からのご案内が届くことがございますのでご了承ください。

Online registration flow：
Fill in and answer the form/questionnaire below. → Click "Submit." → Check all the information you filled and click "Register." → Registration completed.
When your registration is completed, a confirmation message will be automatically sent from WTP 2017 Show Management Office to the e-mail address you registered.
Please print out the message and show it at the registration booth at the site. Then, you will receive a visitor badge which allows you free access to the exhibition hall.
※In case of any trouble, such as a failure of e-mail delivery, please contact the show management office promptly by telephone （+81 3 6459 0444） or e-mail （wtp-info@ejkjapan.co.jp）.
Group registration CANNOT be processed with the system. Please register individually per person.

Collected personal information by the show management office at the registration will be handled securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without the agreement of the registerant.
Please be informed that it may be used for related purposes, for example, to provide information about other events with which the organizer is involved.
WTP 2017 employs visitors management system with barcode.
Allowing the barcode printed on your badge to be read means that you have agreed to provide your personal information.
Please note that you might receive information from the show management office or our exhibitors after you allow them to read the barcode on at the event.
