無料コースの受講証は発行いたしません。お申込み完了の際に送られる登録完了メールをプリントアウトし、セミナー会場へお持ちください。セミナー受付にてご確認させて頂きます。

無料コースのセミナー会場は、展示会場内にございます。
展示会場へのご入場にあたっては入場受付が必要となりますので、セミナー聴講のお申込みに加え、来場者事前登録も併せて行って頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

受講者数が多い場合は立ち見となる可能性もございますので、お早目にセミナー会場へお越し頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

海外居住者（外国籍）の方へ

主催者および運営事務局では、セミナー聴講者に対して招聘状発行を含む査証手続サポートは行っておりません。来日のために日本査証取得が必要な場合は、ご自身にて御手配いただきますようお願いいたします。

海外居住者様で有料コースをお申込みの場合、当日セミナー会場受付にて受講料を現金（日本円）でお支払いいただくのと引き換えに、受講票をお渡しいたします。

個人情報について

• ご登録の際に個人情報をお聞きしますが、ご本人の承諾がない限り第三者に開示することは致しません。（但し、主催機関、及び講演者には開示する場合がございます。）
• ご登録いただいた方には、DMやEメールなどの手段により、主催機関・運営事務局が開催する展示会・セミナー等のご案内をさせていただくことがございます。
• 本展では、ご来場者をバーコードで管理するシステムを導入しております。
• 入場証のバーコードを読み込みさせることは、個人情報の提供に承諾したことになります。出展社展示ブース、セミナー会場等にて、お客様のバーコード情報を読み取らせて頂いた後、出展社からのご案内が届くことがございますのでご了承ください。

Advanced registration for WTP seminar

Instruction for registration:

[ Online registration ]

1) Read the instruction on this page carefully. If you accept all, click “Accept” button at the end of the page and the registration form will be opened.
2) Fill in the form and click "Confirm."
3) Check all the information you filled and click "Register." Then, your registration will be completed.

[ Confirmation message ]

When your registration is completed, a confirmation message will be sent automatically from the show management office to the e-mail address you registered. Please contact them immediately if there is any incorrect information in the message.

[ Payment ]

After online registration is completed, the invoice and the ticket for the session will be mailed from the show management office. Complete the payment by the payment due date which is indicated on the invoice.

NOTE:

• The invoice and the ticket are printed in Japanese. Please contact us if you wish for the invoice and the payment instruction in English language.
• WTP will not bear any fee for the transaction.
• No Payment by cash on credit card is not acceptable.

[ On the day ]

Bring the ticket as well as your business card to the seminar venue. At the registration desk, you will receive the proceedings for the session.

[ Registration at the door ]

It is possible to register at the door if there is any vacancy. No discount will be applied to the admission fee in this case. For the payment, you can choose either by cash on bank transfer.
The door will close as the number of the audience reaches the maximum capacity. It is strongly recommended for you to arrive at the venue as early as possible.

＊[To the registrants after 12 noon on May 14]

In order to avoid shipping troubles, the invoice and any tickets will not be mailed.
Print out the confirmation e-mail that will be sent after your registration is completed, and bring it to the registration desk at the seminar venue. We will exchange it with the invoice and your ticket.

＊[To the registrants for admission-free courses]

We will not issue any invoice or tickets for admission-free courses.
Print out the confirmation e-mail that will be sent after your registration is completed, and bring it to the registration desk at the seminar venue. It will be a substitute for your ticket.

The seminar sites are located inside the exhibition hall.
Please be reminded to complete on-line pre-registration to enter the WTP 2018 venue, in addition to the registration for seminars, and you will be able to receive the entry card at the reception desk.

＊[To overseas residents]

For foreign seminar attendees:

Show organizers and management office do not provide visa support including issuing of invitation letter for seminar attendees.
Please arrange it at your end in case you need to obtain visa for your entry to Japan. Thank you.

Overseas residents are requested to settle the payment by cash (Japanese yen only) at the door on the day of the session. Ticket will be given to you there. Please contact us for the details.
